The hub is a centralized platform, which is established by the University of Hong Kong, aims at simplifying access to e-learning resources and courses offered by different faculties and support units.

The programme offers various resources and accreditation opportunities to help the fellows advance their skills and contribute to institutional excellence. STaR Programme, jointly established by the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Education (BIMHSE), Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, and Teaching and Learning Innovation Centre (TALIC) is accredited by Advance HE in the UK.
