  • Abstract
In this interactive workshop, we will explore how we, as health profession educators in undergraduate programmes, can enhance workplace learning experiences for our students. Together, we will delve into key workplace learning theories and discuss how workplace settings can become more effective learning environments for our students. Through group activities, we will critically examine our current learning pathways, identify essential tasks and knowledge for different learner types, and design strategies to enrich workplace learning in our daily practice settings. Our discussions will focus on practical application, enabling us to implement and evaluate strategies that optimise student engagement and foster deeper learning. By the end of the workshop, we will have developed actionable recommendations for improving the quality and effectiveness of workplace learning in healthcare settings.
