The talk will offer a scholarly exploration of IPE and its implications for improving collaborative practice within the context of modern health service delivery. Drawing from Dr. Andreas’s privileged positions as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Interprofessional Care and a Board Member of the Centre for the Advancement of Interprofessional Education, he will provide a rounded analysis of the evidence base underpinning IPECP.
Drawing on international research findings and case studies from the UK National Health Service, he will also examine current trends in IPE and the implications of these trends for future research agendas and educational practice. Attendees can expect an academically rigorous discussion that synthesises empirical evidence and theoretical developments to argue for the transformative potential of IPE in improving health service delivery.
