The discussion will encompass both theoretical sharing and practical exercises, including a range of facilitating strategies aimed at enhancing learner participation and engagement. Additionally, we will explore questioning techniques designed to stimulate deeper thinking among learners. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in small group teaching sessions featuring different scenarios, allowing them to apply the concepts and skills discussed throughout the session.
