Michael is Director of the Active Health Clinic of the Institute of Human Performance. As an exercise scientist and strength & conditioning specialist, he examines the role exercise plays in human performance across a range of special populations, including athletes, elderly, children, mentally disabled, and those with health issues. In addition to being a true self-practitioner in the field of exercise, his work in developing and implementing exercise for others, from disabled and challenged to elite athletes at the top of their game, has positively impacted their lives. These experiences lend themselves well to his clinical exercise practice and research.
